Construction of 10 buildings has already been completed. The construction of Buildings 12 is currently in progress and is scheduled for completion in October 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new residential complex is located on the southeast of Lisi Lake, at 19 L. Kvachadze&nbsp; Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Total area of the land: 44,502 m<sup>2<\/sup><sup> <\/sup>(4,4 ha)<sup>&nbsp;<\/sup><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>General plan consists of 13 houses, divided in 3 blocks.\u00a0 Each house has 4 floors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Along with the houses, commercial spaces will be located on the first floors of houses I and VI, close to the main road.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The project &#8220;Lisi House&#8221; has many important advantages such as:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Location: just a few minutes away from one of the largest recreational areas in Tbilisi &#8211; Lisi Lake<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proximity to the city center<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quiet, healthy and ecologically clean environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A noise-free and pollution free environment&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>More greenery, more space and fresh air <strong>&#8211; 20,500 m2 green recreation area<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proximity to&nbsp; educational centers (British-Georgian Academy, School &#8220;Millennium&#8221;, School &#8220;Mtsignobartukhutsesi&#8221;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proximity to public transport stops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adapted pedestrian trails and safe environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The project will be fully equipped with the infrastructure and will be adjusted to make each resident feel comfortable and at ease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Lisi house&#8221; will be a place that will create the best place for living, pleasant and ecologically clean environment for you and your family.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\u201cLisi House\u201d is the new project project of our company.
