About Project
“Lisi House” is the new project project of our company.
Alongside our implemented and ongoing projects, (“Jikia House”, “Kikvidze House” “Samgori House”https://samgorihouse.ge/ge/ and ,,House Uni” https://houseuni.ge/ge/ we started new project. House #1, #2, #3 ,#4 and #5 are already finished and we have ongoing construction of House #6. House #6 will be finished in October 2024.
The new residential complex is located on the southeast of Lisi Lake, at 19 L. Kvachadze Street.
- Total area of the land: 44,502 m2 (4,4 ha)
- General plan consists of 14 houses, divided in 3 blocks. Each house has 4 floors.
- Along with the houses, commercial spaces will be located on the first floors of houses I and VI, close to the main road.
